BHankoua - Academic Industry ManufacturingDelaware State University’s Academic-Industry Manufacturing Alliance (AIMA) is designed to provide small businesses with the access to extensive research ability in order to resolve current or intentional manufacturing processes. This program is a partnership between small business owners in Kent and Sussex counties a Delaware State University faculty member or student organizations to provide solutions to the company’s issues.

To apply for the AIMA program, companies must demonstrate a well-constructed project plan that includes matching support and the ability to collaboratively work with Delaware State University faculty or industry professionals. The application must also express the project’s potential to provide a sustainable competitive advantage for the small business development in Delaware.
